Over the past 35 years Michael has established multiple professional affiliations throughout the world rendering advice and counsel to newly created, ongoing, and growing private companies. He has vast experience in private business management, legal organization structure, corporate operations, and specializes in strategic business development in multiple industries including real estate.
Formerly the CEO of LocalTel, an information resource company with over 65,000 small to mid-sized business customers nationwide, he has been on the advisory board of multiple private companies and entities.
Michael has experience as an operating owner, managing partner, legal counsel, advisor, financier, angel investor, and champion of various businesses in a variety of industries. He and his network of professionals excel in providing concierge legal and business advisory services to the Executive Level of entities with a focus on implementing sound strategies that avoid many of the pitfalls that adversely impact the success of that entity. Michael has also been an integral part of multiple real estate transactions representing buyers, sellers and various independent financial lenders and banks. For the past 5 years Michael has also rendered advice in multiple transactions involving commodities brokers, buyers, and sellers, drafting, and overseeing various complex contracts and other transactional documentation. Many of his professional interactions over the years have involved high net worth entrepreneurial families pertaining to asset protection , merger, acquisition, or other exit and succession strategies.
